Scope of services at HUNCONSULT
For HUNCONSULT, incorporation means personal support and clear preparation. Our partner lawyers prepare the incorporation documents individually for your plans. We primarily support you in German at the required bank and public-authority appointments. Office services and a registered office, as well as ongoing accounting and tax support, are provided by the responsible independent partner tax advisers. English is also available for incorporation and accounting. HUNCONSULT is not a public authority and has no connection to government bodies.
From incorporation to ongoing operations
Registration provides the formal framework. For subsequent operations, responsibilities, accounting, registered office, dealings with public authorities and bank appointments need to fit your plans.
I provide personal support during the organisational preparation. Together with the involved partner lawyers and partner tax advisers, we prepare documents, appointments and open points in the required order. The respective legal, tax or accounting services remain with these independent partners.
The accounting and tax-advisory agreement is concluded directly with the respective partner tax adviser in Hungary. The agreement for an office or registered office is concluded directly with the respective provider.

The office, company address and office services are agreed with the respective provider. The direct agreement is with that provider.
International structures
Large parent and subsidiary companies, foreign structures and holding structures are supported through DER BUDAPESTER.
